The first lines of The Iliad on the anger of Achilles son of Peleus (no lips), which sends to the death of countless heroes, are very curious:
Sing, goddess, the anger of Achilles son of Peleus; detestable anger that caused the Achaeans countless suffering and so many souls to Hades hurled bold heroes, while those same heroes became the prey of dogs and all the birds ... ( I, 1 et seq.)



What is the soul, the psyche that goes to Hades? Death, the man plunges into total of nowhere? No, the soul separated from the body is a double, a blurred copy of the individual's life, it will recognize the traits of living of the past, although there is no consciousness or life. That soul is like to these forms without density that appear to us in dreams. Achilles actually see the soul of his friend Patroclus, in a dream and wants her in his arms, but it is but a shadow. Achilles awake, frightened, and dam beyond horror, exclaimed:
Ah! No doubt! I know not what is still living in hell, a soul, a shadow that does not live and the spirit. All night has stayed with me the soul of Patroclus miserable, moaning, complaining ... ( Ibid., 103 et seq)
Far from going to the past as to a new world of light and life, the psyche, image without consistency (eidolon) leaves the earthly with regret; as strength goes, his back to the new area that will come, so the soul of Hector :
just spoke, that death ends everything, it envelops. His soul separated from its members and party, flying, to Hades, crying over his fate, leaving the force and youth (XXII, 361 et seq.).

the cinema (from the Greek Kineo : move and grafein: describe) plays a role today similar to that played the theater among the Greeks. By imitating reality plays a role socializing and appears as mass culture and generating public opinion.

The Greeks knew that education, has to reach the needed sensitivity sentimientos.Y tragedy: a dense story, where the mean is negligible and the heroic appeal. Similarly, the film can get those same effects, it is a way to represent deeply human stories, so that the corrupt and depraved appear as such, and to give a corresponding rejection by social criticism.

The aesthetics of good films always leads us to ethics, as we talk about this drive for logic and human behavior. However, the film can also be an instrument of manipulation . And that film tries to please its customers, producing pleasure. In the writers you like the life of evil (they are more entertaining and fun). ethics in today's cinema, is often aesthetically boring.
